G.H.Hardy

 

    1. Hardy, or Godfrey Harold Hardy, was a prominent English mathematician known for his significant contributions to number theory and mathematical analysis. Born on February 7, 1877, in Cranleigh, Surrey, England, Hardy made remarkable advancements in mathematics, including the Hardy-Weinberg principle in genetics and the Hardy-Littlewood circle method in number theory.

One of his most famous collaborations was with the Indian mathematical genius Srinivasa Ramanujan, whom Hardy mentored and helped bring to the global mathematical community. Hardy's work has left a lasting legacy in the field of mathematics.
